Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, with a fantastic view fully worth the cost, were full of character and comfortable, although the noise from other guests disturbed our stay. The service was mostly top-notch, with great recommendations and a friendly attitude, but the initial welcome could have been warmer. The location was great for exploring the nearby attractions, but the street noise was a drawback. The dining experience, while including a good variety of options, was only average. Overall, a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
The hotel has fabulous large rooms with big beds, and the staff is very nice and helpful. However, the rooms could have been darker at night and are a bit noisy, especially on weekdays. The location is definitely the best part, being close to good restaurants and shops. The service was friendly and accommodating, although it took a long time to free our car.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, although the air conditioning unit blowing directly onto the bed could get a bit chilly at night. The location was excellent, walking distance to downtown Santa Barbara and near attractions like Stearns Wharf and Mission Santa Barbara. The dining options were a bit limited, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
